The cap in Jita has been lowered and sites are spawning in system, coincedence? Excerpt Jita from your spawn table, just like you have with PI and asteroidbelts, we need our hamsters for trading!(and occasional monument burning)

Warped my freighter from station to gate, spent 4 minutes and 11 seconds in the warp tunnel. Freighter felt like an inty in the next system. TiDi is a wonderful thing, but you know there's always people in Jita, upgrade it!
